Pay: In this part-time role, you'll make $15.00 per hour plus bonuses.
Schedule: You'll be working 10 - 20 hours per week with night and weekend day shifts.

every guest feel welcome, respected, and supported in our studio. Here's what you can
expect in this part-time position:
● Warmly greeting clients, answering their questions, and checking them into
appointments
● Promoting the benefits of infrared sauna therapy and enrolling clients into our
membership program
● Leading studio tours, sharing sales promotions, and handling basic
administrative duties
● Cleaning the studio, preparing saunas for the next client, and delivering
exceptional customer service to support positive health and wellness outcomes
● Moving quickly when needed and performing physically demanding tasks
What You Need:
● High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
● Ability to move quickly, use your time efficiently, and work under pressure
● Ability to work independently and with a team
● Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain organization
● Excellent communication skills (in-person, over the phone, and through email)
● Self-motivation to excel

Ben & Josy Brownsberger
Ben and Josy have always been passionate about health and wellness. Although they took very different paths, arriving at 3 Degrees™ was a clear destination.
Josy’s path professionally involved over 22 years in the banking and financial industry; during this time, she worked across every facet of the industry from branch operations to financial software sales, loan portfolio management and business development officer managing a large private client portfolio. Health was always the passion in her heart; through all that time in banking she dreamed of running her own studio and spent several years working to become a certified health coach.
Ben has spent nearly 30 years in health and wellness. Along the way he worked as a director for two nutritional companies along with owning his own consulting company, OPC Inc. For the past 20 years he has worked as a performance management consultant with professional and olympic athletes as well as collegiate and high school athletes in addition to serving as head therapist and head of education for ARPwave technologies. After several years researching together for the right situation to bring a universally appealing wellness solution to their community: they arrived together at 3 Degrees™.

After a year of testing and regular use with remarkable results, we decided to share this technology with the masses by opening the first 3 Degrees® Infrared Sauna Studio. Since then and through the development of different studios over the years, we’ve continued to evolve our unique concept while igniting a whole new trend in the wellness industry.
